John Friesinger founded his candy business in Dayton, Ohio, in 1894, supplying chocolates and sweets to neighborhood drugstores. Now based in Springboro, Friesinger’s continues that Ohio confectionery tradition through its Candy Farm brand. Its familiar Coconut Slices bring a little of the old-fashioned candy counter to today’s nostalgic treats and gifts.
