1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of PartyLike1776Again.com and purchases made through this website. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating Party Like 1776 Again in Pennsburg, Pennsylvania.

When placing an order, you agree to the purchase terms presented to you at checkout. Our Shipping Information and Refund & Returns Policy also describe the ordering process. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

2. Shopping & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, to place an order. Provide accurate contact, billing, payment, and delivery information, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details secure. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, or security concerns.

3. Products, descriptions & availability

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and availability. Packaging and manufacturer details can change, and screen colors may differ from the actual item. Review the product page and current manufacturer packaging for ingredients, allergens, sizes, and other important details.

Historical stories and origin information provide context. A brand’s birthplace, historical association, and current manufacturing location may differ. These descriptions do not replace a specific statement about where an item is currently made.

If you need to confirm a detail before purchasing, contact us. We will not replace an ordered product with a different item without your agreement.

4. Pricing, payment & promotions

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Review your selected items, any box or personalization charges, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and final total at checkout.

Prices and promotions can change for future purchases. Each promotion is subject to any conditions disclosed with it. Changes do not retroactively change the price of an accepted order without your agreement.

Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. A payment authorization or transaction receipt does not confirm that an order has shipped.

5. Orders & corrections

After placing an order, you should receive an order acknowledgment. We may contact you if an item is unavailable, information is incomplete, a material pricing or description error is identified, or a payment or fraud concern needs review.

We will explain any material change and give you an opportunity to agree or cancel the affected portion. If we cannot fulfill an order, or cancel it before fulfillment, we will refund payments for the unfulfilled portion, including associated charges as applicable. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.

6. Gift boxes, candy boxes & care packages

Custom builders show the assortment, required selection count, quantity limits, and charges for the selected box. Only products offered by that builder can be selected through it. Review each completed box and its contents in your cart.

For candy boxes, one retail package counts as one treat. Suggested assortments, when offered, are starting points and may be customized within the builder’s limits.

Box or presentation charges and selected products contribute to the gift price. Greeting-card, message, or other add-on options and any charges are shown during ordering.

7. Personalized messages & recipient information

You are responsible for checking the wording, spelling, names, recipient details, and selections you submit. Personalization is prepared using the information supplied with your order.

You authorize us to use your submitted wording and recipient information only as needed to prepare, fulfill, and support your order and as described in our Privacy Policy. Please provide recipient information you are authorized to share.

Do not submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, or infringing content. If we cannot fulfill a personalization request, we will contact you about an alternative or cancellation of the affected item.

8. Military destination pricing

Every package sent to an APO, FPO, or DPO address receives reduced pricing. This pricing is based on the shipping destination. Enter the recipient’s complete APO, FPO, or DPO mailing address when ordering.

Review the price and shipping charges before completing checkout. If the reduced price is not clear, contact us before purchasing. Shipping charges are governed by the options shown at checkout; reduced package pricing does not by itself promise free shipping.

If you request an address change that affects eligibility, we will explain any pricing difference and obtain your agreement before proceeding with an additional charge. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid.

9. Shipping, addresses & delivery

Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Our current checkout uses one shipping address per order. For gifts going to different addresses, place separate orders or contact us before purchasing.

Check your complete delivery address carefully. Contact us promptly about an address correction; we will confirm whether the order can still be changed.

Preparation time and carrier transit time are separate. Any estimated delivery date is not a guarantee unless expressly identified as one. If we cannot ship within the stated shipment timeframe, or the timeframe required by applicable law, we will provide the required delay notice and opportunity to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

For APO, FPO, and DPO deliveries, confirm the recipient’s mailing details and any destination restrictions. If a delivery is delayed, missing, or otherwise problematic, contact us so we can review it. These terms do not transfer responsibility for every delivery issue to the customer.

10. Changes, cancellations, returns & refunds

Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. What can be changed depends on whether preparation, personalization, or shipment has begun. A submitted request does not itself confirm a change or cancellation.

Return eligibility and refund handling are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy. Food and personalized products have different change-of-mind return conditions from eligible non-food merchandise.

Contact us about damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items even if an item is not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

11. Appropriate website use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with site security or checkout, submit fraudulent orders, distribute malicious software, or use automated tools to disrupt or overload the service.

Website access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. If a problem affects an order or payment, contact us so we can help review it.

12. Website content & outside links

Our original site content and branding, along with content used under permission, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may browse and share links to our pages. Reusing protected text, artwork, or other content for commercial purposes requires the appropriate owner’s permission.

Maker names, product brands, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners.

Links to outside websites, including UPV Shipping and our sister website GiftWithAStory.com, are provided for convenience. Transactions on another website are subject to the terms presented by that website.

13. Consumer rights & resolving concerns

Please contact us first if you have a concern so we have an opportunity to help. This does not prevent you from using dispute, complaint, or other remedies available under applicable law.

These terms are governed by applicable United States law and, where appropriate, Pennsylvania law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Nothing here excludes responsibilities or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future website use and purchases. The version presented when you place an order governs that purchase, unless a change is required by law or you agree to it. Revised terms will be posted here with an updated date.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
