Hiram and Milo Fowler built their water-powered grist mill in Chardon, Ohio, in 1834. After a restoration in the 1980s, the mill became home to Fowler’s Mill’s baking mix business. The team now blends its mixes in small batches, carrying the building’s story into kitchens today.
