The Tim Mee Toy Recon Patrol Light Military Truck 4×4 item #739 is out of retirement and ready for redeployment. This Willys M38A1 vehicle is proudly manufactured in the United States and features smooth rolling wheels with metal axles, folding windshield, and 50 caliber MG that tilts and rotates mounted in the back. This vehicle measure nearly 8.25 inches long and is approximately 1:16 scale. It’s the perfect size for standard 3.75 inch action figures, but please note there’s not enough leg room for most figures to sit. Made from slightly stiff Olive-Green color HDPE plastic with lots of crisp detail and very little flashing.
Modeled after the Willys MD Army vehicle, Tim Mee Toy produced this toy from 1965 through 2005 and modified the tooling slightly over the decades until the final version seen here. We’re extra pleased with this reissue to reintroduce the classic stars, flag, and serial number stickers that were discontinued more than 20 years ago. As an extra bonus, stickers include new stars for the back and a Tim Mee Toy logo. The stickers are supplied on a sheet and placement instructions are included on the back of the package. This is a real American Made toy, meant to be rolled around, knocked over, picked up and played with for years to come. Recommended for ages 5 and up.
