A Farmers’ Market Experiment That Became a Pennsylvania Favorite
Nutty Novelties began in 2012 at the Lansdale Farmers’ Market, where founder Caleb Mangum introduced a build-your-own trail-mix bar. When the original idea did not take off as expected, a friend suggested experimenting with natural nut butter—and that unexpected pivot became the beginning of the company.
Today, brothers Caleb and Jesse Mangum lead a small team crafting peanut and tree-nut butters in Telford, Pennsylvania. Their approach is simple: keep the nuts at the center, limit unnecessary sweetness, and create bold flavors that make an everyday pantry staple feel entirely new.
