Rooted in a Pennsylvania family recipe dating to 1977, Pilsudski Mustard pairs bold mustard flavor with creative additions ranging from fresh horseradish and dill to smoky peppers, honey, jalapeño, and sriracha. Choose the variety that suits their taste—savory, tangy, smoky, sweet, or fiery. Each small-batch mustard brings new personality to burgers, brats, pretzels, sandwiches, charcuterie boards, marinades, glazes, and favorite family recipes.

Why We Chose It

There’s a Reason It’s Here.

We chose Pilsudski Mustard because it brings together family tradition and genuine culinary creativity. Its original Polish-style horseradish mustard honors the recipe that started the company, while flavors such as Dill Pickle, Bacon Jalapeño, Smoky Pepper, Sriracha, and Sweet Hot with Honey give a familiar American condiment an inventive new personality.

Great-Grandmother Betty’s Mustard, Reimagined for a New Generation

The Pilsudski Mustard story began in 1977 with a bold Polish-style horseradish mustard created by Betty, the great-grandmother of current owner Mike Marcinko. Her recipe became a family favorite and the foundation of a food tradition built around strong flavor and straightforward craftsmanship.

After growing up in his family’s food manufacturing and distribution business in Shillington, Pennsylvania, Mike founded Pilsudski LLC in 2015 to carry his great-grandmother’s mustard and hot-horseradish recipes forward. What restarted with one distinctive mustard has since grown into a lively collection of traditional and inventive flavors—each carrying a little of Betty’s legacy into a new generation of kitchens.
