From an 1834 Ohio Mill to Your Kitchen
Brothers Hiram and Milo Fowler built their water-powered grist mill in Chardon, Ohio, in 1834. The mill was restored in the 1980s and became home to Fowler’s Mill’s baking mix business. Today, its small team blends mixes there for the next generation of home bakers.
