A Cherry-Centered Classic from 1926
T.O. Smith founded Idaho Candy Company in 1901, and its downtown Boise factory opened in 1909. The Cherry Cocktail Bar joined the lineup in 1926. Today, the company continues making this regional favorite in the same historic factory.
