A few dashes can change the entire character of a drink. Strongwater Bitters are crafted in Colorado from whole herbs, roots, fruits, spices, and botanicals that are steeped for four to six weeks to develop concentrated, layered flavor.
Choose Aromatic for chai-inspired warmth, Black Walnut for rich nuttiness, Cacao for chocolate and vanilla depth, Cherry for ripe fruit and earthy spice, or Orange for a bright citrus lift. Use them to personalize Old Fashioneds, Manhattans, martinis, spritzes, coffee, tea, or sparkling water.
Available flavors: Aromatic, Black Walnut, Cacao, Cherry, and Orange. Why We Chose It
There’s a Reason It’s Here.
We chose Strongwater Bitters because they make creative mixology approachable. Each flavor can transform a familiar drink with only a few dashes, allowing customers to experiment without rebuilding their entire bar cart. Their botanical ingredients, patient extraction process, and distinctly different flavor profiles make them equally suited to classic cocktails and unexpected everyday drinks.
Meet the Maker
Modern Potions from the Colorado Rockies
Strongwater began in a Colorado garage, where founder Nick Andresen drew upon Scandinavian folk traditions, Asian herbal tonics, and a determination to create drinks with more character. The company’s name recalls the old strongwater shops that once sold botanical elixirs. Today, Strongwater carries that inspiration forward with whole-plant infusions developed and produced in-house, bringing old-world extraction methods to the modern American bar cart.
