Founded in 2007 on Edisto Island, South Carolina, Marsh Hen Mill began as Geechie Boy Mill with restored vintage milling equipment. Miller Greg Johnsman carries forward the craft he learned from third-generation miller Jack Brock. Today, the company brings heirloom grits, cornmeal, rice, and regional pantry staples to cooks interested in the flavors and traditions of the South.
