Marsh Hen Mill began in 2007 on Edisto Island, South Carolina, originally as Geechie Boy Mill. Founder Greg Johnsman learned traditional milling from third-generation miller Jack Brock and launched the business with restored vintage equipment. Today, the company offers stone-ground grains and regional pantry staples that carry Southern food traditions into modern kitchens.
