The story behind the name

Familiar Wrappers, Many American Stories

Hershey’s candy family brings together brands with different beginnings. Good & Plenty, Mounds, Milk Duds, PayDay, Zagnut, Zero, and 5th Avenue each have their own place in American candy history. Their association with Hershey today does not mean they all originated in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The variety is part of the appeal: licorice, coconut, chewy caramel, peanuts, white fudge, and crisp peanut butter make this a collection of contrasting tastes rather than one uniform chocolate story.
